CONDUCT OF CERT EXAMS FOR THE YR 2025-26

1. Pl refer the fwg letter issued by this HQ:-

1.1 4686/SNCCO/DGNCC/Trg(B) dt 02 Apr 2024 wrt Amdt No 2 of SNCCO-2023.

1.2 4686/SNCCO/DGNCC/Trg(B) dt 23 Jul 2025 wrt revised policy on conduct of cert exam.

2. Fwg pts are being reiterated for Plg & Conduct of Cert exam for current trg yr:-

2.1 ‘C’ Cert main exam will be on 3rd Sunday of Feb each yr. ‘A’ & ‘B’ Cert exam will be in Jan-Mar each yr as being done earlier. Also, NO change in dt of “Absentee Exam for any of cert exams.

2.2 Negative marking @ .25 marks per wrong answer will be in all cert exams.

2.3 Timing for ‘C’ Cert exam is 120 mins.

2.4 Cert Exams (question paper) to be based on old précis/syllabus for current trg yr.

C Certificate exam will be on 3rd Sunday of Feb : 15 Feb 2026

3. Based on revised syllabus and other policy decisions taken in last two years, SNCCO-23 is under revision and same shall be issued by end of this yr.
